Services specific:

The aforementioned services are specifically offered towards Residents of The United States of America and American Nationals that are not General Post Masters of the Government of The United States of America.

Purpose:

The General Delivery or General Post is to be used by the aforementioned statuses on the International Drivers license, the human rights complaint drivers license, the passport, National ID Card, or other purpose for verification of identity and jurisdiction.
